The quality of the catering is an important factor for you and your guests. With our service you can be sure that your meals will be provided by a professional team. During your time on board, your guests will be provided with ample catering put together in accordance with your wishes. We will send you information about the organization and suitable selection of food, beverages, etc., and their prices.
Sailing route
The routes of multi-day trips and daily destinations or one-day sailing tours cannot be planned in advance. We set destinations with you each day, based on the wind and weather. The course of the trip will be developed in accordance with your wishes, however. We discuss arrangements, destinations and all your requirements and opportunities with you on an individual basis.
Prices
We would be happy to give you information on special rates, attractive package deals, scheduling considerations and special discounts. At present all prices are available only on request, but we will be happy to answer your inquiries by telephone or e-mail, with information provided daily.
Safety
The vessels are inspected by the classification office "Register Holland" and are certified by the Netherlands Shipping Inspectorate, an internationally recognized body. All vessels have the statutory lifesaving and safety equipment. For safety reasons, we do not leave port at wind force seven and above.
Children on board
If you have children under twelve years of age in your group, we ask you to tell us the number of children, their weights and ages at least 14 days before arriving for your tour. We can then provide suitable children’s life jackets.
Pets
Unfortunately, it is generally not permitted to take pets along. If you wish to do so, please let us know. We will then consult with the owners of the vessel.
Rules on board
On board every vessel you will find the rules issued by the shippers’ federation, the BBZ. Please follow these rules carefully, and be conscious of the environment.Our agreements are subject to the general terms and conditions of the TCN foundation (Stichting Traditionele Chartervaart Nederland) and the BBZ (Belangenvereniging Beroeps Zeilschippers). A copy of these terms and conditions will be sent to you together with the rental agreement, and they are also available ahead of time on request.
